Detail
Also known as Mount Huo Yellow Bud, translated from Chinese Huo Shan Huang Ya, a fine yellow tea from the high mountains of Huo Shan County, Anhui Province of China.
These succulent sweet and nutty silvery tips give a clear golden aromatic nectar and a beautiful lingering flavour. It is light and mellow, perfectly balanced for keeping you quenched and refreshed throughout the day.?This yellow tea demonstrates smooth vegetal notes without astringency, thanks to the tea master laborious process of Sealing Yellow (Men Huang), leaving the infusion a mellow nature without dry and grassy notes. While it still has certain vegetal flavours similar to a fine green tea, this Huoshan Huangya yellow entails a profile of umami, sweet and a little savoury sensation at the same time with a hint of roasted nutty scent. One of its kind, a well-balanced tea for any time of day.
