This aromatic green Bi Luo Chun, also named Dong Ting Bi Luo Chungreen tea as it's grown in Dong Ting mountain in Jiangsu Province of China. It s one of the 10 most famous Chinese teas and a supreme classic in the?green tea collection. How to Brew
- Use 1 teaspoon of leaves (roughly 3g) for each person you are brewing tea for.
- Cool your water slightly,?around 80-85 degrees is perfect
- Steep for 2-3 minutes according to taste.
- Reuse the leaves a further 3 times, by simply adding more hot water.
